DESCRIPTION
The ECOKRAFT SMU dust extractor is an extraction and filtering device specially designed for commercial use and can be placed on the ECOKRAFT material hopper. It is suitable for the extraction and filtering of dry wood, paper or plastic chips and dust produced after processing in the ECOKRAFT granulator.
The dust extractor consists of a vacuum-resistant housing with suction nozzle and non-return flap. It features antistatic filter elements with jet pulse cleaning, a powerful radial fan with three-phase motor of energy efficiency class IE3, integrated exhaust air silencing and an air outlet grille. In addition, a chip funnel, a circuit with 5 m connection cable and CEE appliance plug (16 A) are included.
The fan and the cleaning system can be operated manually via on/off buttons. Alternatively, automatic start of the fan via a potential-free contact is also possible. The dust extractor complies with type A according to DIN EN 16770:2018 and is designed without a fire extinguishing system. It has been tested in accordance with the test principles GS-HO-07 of the BGHM.
