EXTRACTION & FILTRATION

The ECOKRAFT SMU dust extractor is an extraction and filtering device for commercial use for installation on the ECOKRAFT material hopper. The dust extractor is suitable for dry wood, paper or plastic chips and dusts, which are produced downstream of the ECOKRAFT granulator. Consisting of a vacuum-proof housing with suction connection and non-return flap, antistatic filter elements with Jet-Pulse cleaning, a high-performance radial fan with three-phase motor of energy efficiency class IE3 on the clean gas side, as well as integrated exhaust air silencing and air outlet grille. With a chip funnel and a circuit with 5 m connection cable and CEE appliance plug (16 A).

Switching on and off of the fan and cleaning is done manually via I/O buttons. Automatic start of the fan is possible via a potential-free contact. Type A according to DIN EN 16770:2018, without fire extinguishing system, tested according to the test principles GS-HO-07 of BGHM.

Delivery includes rotary valve, level indicator, flashing beacon horn Combi and suction pipe.
